Team-Building Experiences
Low Ropes
Designed to develop and strengthen communication skills, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills, challenge your team to support each other on our Low Ropes course.
The Great Race
Teams will race against each other to solve puzzles, earning points and prizes along the way. Each challenge can only be solved through eamwork, leadership, and communication.
Sharpshooter Challenge
Teams will compete over multiple rounds, and fire arrows at targets for points. Our trained facilitators will provide instruction, safety, and equipment. No archery experience required!
Mission Impossible
Test your creativity and collaboration with this post-apocalyptic script where your team comes together to save the world.
War Games
Where competition meets team building-- water guns or laser tag included. Your group will be divided into teams and race across Airlie's campus facing various challenges while battling each other.
Team Building Escape Room
Teams will race against the clock to escape from their dreaded conference room. Endless powerpoint slides and droning voices play overhead as they work to solve puzzles!
The LEGO Challenge
Teams work together, using LEGO blocks and/or other materials, to complete a number of increasingly difficult problem solving tasks.
